Update: Blue Light Glasses Review
Update: I shared this a few months ago. And I have to be honest, I wasn’t sure if they were really helping. But then I didn’t have my glasses for over 6 months - I left them at work , due to COVID I wasn’t able to go back and get them. A few weeks ago, thanks to a great co-worker I was finally able to wear my glasses. I definitely feel the difference. I think it has more to do with the strength of the glasses, but I also believe the blue light feature helps too. I do wear the glasses more than I did before COVID and that’s due to the fact that I find myself in front of the computer a lot more.
I plan on getting another pair of blue light glasses with the same level of strength. A lady needs variety :)
I'm so excited to wear these glasses.
My eyes have been severely strained for the last few months, but if I'm being honest my eyes have been tired for maybe a few years. It's only in the last few months that I realized I needed to do something about it. That's where these Warby Parker glasses come in.
I don't need prescription glasses, but my doctor did recommend getting readers. It's just enough to take the strain off my eyes when looking at my three screens for 8 hours. I also decided to make them blue light glasses. They're supposed to help protect your retinas from the blue light of your computer screen. Blue light has been associated with eye issues such as eye strain and blindness.
The hardest part was trying to find glasses that fit my face. I'm only used to sunglasses, so it took a few trips into Warby Parker before I walked away with these.
They're clear with just a touch of color, which is what I wanted. I didn't want my frames fighting my lipstick color. LOL!
